Set the mind
You set yourself up for success by making space and allowing yourself to be ready. You mentally and spiritually prepare for the 7 days to connect with your breath and be open to the surprises it may share about yourself.
What suits your schedule
In your pre-week you decide on the order of the content, so it fits your schedule. From shorter sessions on the go to 90 min transformative breath journeys, - you will know your time and availability best.
The right time & space
Some sessions work best with headphones, while others involve some movement. By fitting the sessions into your schedule, you allow them to be more effective and yourself to be more present for them.

You’ll have the opportunity to choose a personal healing topic that resonates with you. Whether it's addressing inner child wounds, navigating a recent breakup, feeling stuck in your energy, or overcoming frustration in your life, this journey is tailored to meet you where you are.

Hej, I’m Kim
Kim here, (she/her) a breath worker and scent practitioner. I’ve has been breathing with 700+ individuals and counting.
My approach is to provide a “executive summary” of all my experience and work with this short programme.
With everything, I aim to work trauma-sensitive and be inclusive to marginalized communities and those with less financial availability.
My background is in yogic breathing as well as PSYCHEDELIC BREATH.

No! Everyone is breathing and this program fuses attention with mindfulness. You’re welcome to participate with any experience level; newbies up to professional breathworkers.

Yes, you can begin Breath Immersion whenever you're ready. It’s a self-paced program, allowing you to go through the sessions according to your own schedule, while you’re invited to do your first session on a Monday and end on a Sunday.

That’s up to you. In the pre-week you’re invited to look at your schedule and shuffle the sessions around according to your schedule. Some days it’s 7 min of breathing, while others invite you for 30 min dedication in a calm place.

Indeed, yes. As you are bringing your own themes and move through life, each 7-day breath immersion will bring up different topics and will heal differently. It’s like walking the same street every day but observing different things each time.

While breathwork is generally safe, certain techniques can be intense. If you have any medical conditions (e.g., heart issues, severe asthma, or are pregnant), I recommended to reach out to me to identify where to take it slow.
