Sales policy
All sales are final. Classes, programs, and all purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Purchases can only be used during agreed-upon validity periods.
Disclaimer
When you engage, enroll, or participate in anything produced on sunandrise.com or led by Kim Gerlach you are doing so at your sole risk.
By purchasing or participating in any training, membership, mentorship or event at sunandrise.com and led by Kim Gerlach, you are fully responsible for what you do and how you interact with the materials presented.
You understand that you are responsible for your own progress and results utilizing these materials. You understand that the training, mentorship and materials provided are to be used as tools for you to integrate on your own and I am not liable for your application and/or ramifications of using the training, mentorship or materials in your own life.
You understand that although Kim Gerlach is a certified practitioner, she is not functioning under her license jurisdiction or scope through her work on sunandrise.com. By engaging in any training, mentoring and materials, you understand that this is not in substitution of therapy and you will not obtain personal or professional supervision or “advice” at sunandrise.com.
Training, mentorship and materials offered by sunandrise.com are educational and motivational tools not medical or psychological advice.
By purchasing trainings, mentorship and materials, you are agreeing that the contents are not to be shared or distributed without explicit consent. It does not grant you the licensing rights to the utilization of materials for your personal and/or business endeavors.
You alone are responsible and accountable for your actions, emotional state, beliefs, and results from the utilization of your participation and purchases from sunandrise.com and you will not hold Kim Gerlach liable for your results and/or ramifications at any time under any circumstances.
48-hour policy for private classes
Classes and programs can be rescheduled without penalty with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 48 hours are not refundable or transferable.
One-week policy for group programs
Classes and programs can be rescheduled without penalty with at least one week notice. Cancellations within a week are not refundable or transferable.
Cancellation policy for events
Full refund available for cancellations up to 6 days before the event. A 50% refund is available for cancellations made between 6 and 4 days before the event. No refunds within 4 days of the event, but tickets can be transferred to another person if communicated at least 1 day prior to the event.
Note that if you find a person to transfer your participation to by yourself, please reach out via e-mail.
Liability Waiver
Students assume full responsibility for their health and any illness or injury incurred during practice. Instructors or affiliates are not liable in case of accidents or illness during practice.
Accountability
Participants are responsible for their own progress and results. Kim Gerlach is not liable for the application or ramifications of the training, mentorship, or materials used.
Privacy
Contact information is used for class registration, updates, marketing, and communication. You can opt out and request data removal at any time by contacting Kim Gerlach, yellow@sunandrise.com
