  • PSYCHEDELIC BREATH

    A powerful 90 min experience in which we reach altered states of consciousness. Join as individual, book a session for your team or event.

  • Integrated Breath 4 week fun

    A four week online program in which I bring accessible breathing rituals into your everyday life.

  • Breath Camp

    A series consisting of five 1-hour meetings, in which your team will learn about everyday breathing techniques that are more accessible than meditation or yoga. Participants will learn how to self-regulate, calm their mind, and strengthen the nervous system for more resilience.

  • Breathing Masterclass

    An educational and practical 2,5 h workshop. Give your team an upgrade to the newest science behind breathwork. The masterclass is designed to reveal knowledge about the effects of breathwork on our physiological and mental health. The participants will learn techniques accessible for everday practice, experience how simple breathing techniques can release stress from the body within minutes, and how to tap into a meditative yet awake state.

My approach.

Breathing is not only my personal medicine but also a long-forgotten tool. Conscious breathing has been used for over 6,000 years and has recently been renewed and greatly expanded in the 1970s.

All the many breathing rituals are a beautiful balance between science and spirituality. My work focusses on nervous system regulation and inner healing.
