A simple one-week immersion, where you’re invited to bring any healing topic and move through it with the help of your breath. The week includes breath meditations, active breathing, journaling and longer transformative sessions.
Through a pre-week, you are invited to drop into focus, bring a topic, and free your schedule for the 7 days ahead.

My approach.
Breathing is not only my personal medicine but also a long-forgotten tool. Conscious breathing has been used for over 6,000 years and has recently been renewed and greatly expanded in the 1970s.
All the many breathing rituals are a beautiful balance between science and spirituality. My work focusses on nervous system regulation and inner healing.

An educational and practical 2,5 h workshop. Give your team an upgrade to the newest science behind breathwork. The masterclass is designed to reveal knowledge about the effects of breathwork on our physiological and mental health. The participants will learn techniques accessible for everday practice, experience how simple breathing techniques can release stress from the body within minutes, and how to tap into a meditative yet awake state.
