Everything started with…

Nike Breathwork Month

in April 2023, Kim was part of the first Breathwork Month Nike has trialed in German. She was holding space for the Breathwork Masterclass for BIPOC participants; truly nourishing and special.
After having this heartwarming experience, we decided to set the next milestone to create a long-lasting collaboration for their Nike Training Club, shortly NTC, App.

For breath rituals
on the Nike NTC App …

we recorded and produced in total four short 5 to 10 min breath ritual videos for Nike’s Training Club app with different theme-related topics.

The overall intention for these rituals is to calm down the nervous system, connect back to the breath&body and bring back a more conscious state of being.

All of the videos are recorded in German and were therefore also the first German breath-related videos that were ever incorporated into Nikes German-speaking training club.
