These values are at the core of who we are. Fairness is about advocating for marginalized communities and ensuring equal access. Honesty means being transparent about what we offer and what capacity we have. Integrity is about staying true to Kims very own values and following her inner compass.
Sun&rise offers experiences and tools for accessing all the things happening in our inner world, like thoughts, old beliefs, your souls purpose.
Initially, the consultancy has been founded in the wish to be part of a new narrative in the fashion industry. A conscious and slow fashion world. Since 2015, Kim has worked in sustainable fashion and supported various actors until 2021, where the brand shaped itself to be closer to her very own purpose.
“I graduated in sustainability and leadership, started my consultancy to be able to work in sustainable fashion. I was active in the industry Europe-wide since 2015. In 2020, the focus of my work shifted. I now focus on the tools of olfaction and breath and want to empower BIPOC communities as well as living aligned with my morals of integrity and fairness."

is a professional light artist und product designer. He is working behind the scenes on the app development, is supporting with technical matters and comes up with new creative product ideas. Andrey is enriching sun&rise with contributing his knowledge from different kind of areas. His goal is to create an elegant and thoughtful platform, which creates a comfortable virtual environment.

has worked in PR over 10+ years and established a wide network of connections. She is the contact all things collaborations.
With her talent and pr agency SSUSTUDIO she is managing several empowering endeavors and is known for her activism and community work within the FIlipinx diaspora in Germany.

CEO + FOUNDER
is a certified scent practitioner and breathworker and is holding the sun&rise vision and team.
With her work she is not only educating and encouraging her community to tap into their inner guidance but also allowing everyone to express themselves fully through the tools she has given them.
Ethics.
With many formats, we work on the premise that you already have all the answers within you. We are here to support and facilitate a process to access inner wisdom.
We take responsibility for our own triggers and do not make it about the other person.
We pursue ongoing professional and personal growth.
We consult peers and/or mentors on any ethical dilemmas and do so with integrity.
We all have a consistent personal practice of self-reflection, inner exploration, for example through breathwork, journaling and/or meditation.
We keep all information about the clients/collaborators strictly confidential except in very rare circumstances where the court might issue a subpoena for the file or information.
We are not treating mental health illness nor are we undertaking the role of therapist. If you experience a mental illness please reach out to a therapist or psychologist. We’re happy to assist in finding professionals.
We honestly inform potential collaborators and clients about the limitations of our services, the fees involved, and our availability.
We will avoid using sales strategies (that are sadly common in the coaching industry and well-being bubble) that will put pressure on clients and collaborators to purchase our services.
Acessibility.
We aim to provide a safer space where we can together be vulnerable and heal.
Together, we continuously reflect on who attends the sessions and who does not feel invited and why.
We continue to reflect on our own privileges and biases while having an awareness of the multiple and intersecting oppressions some of us face.
We specifically consider the needs of marginalized communities, such as Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), as well as women and ultimately All But CIS Dudes (ABCD).
We aim to make all offers accessible to people with different financial circumstances, such as through a solidarity-based sliding scale. It feels like the only liberatory way to offer our support, especially because oppressive systems shape who has access to wealth and thus healing.
By avoiding gender-binary or ableist language, especially in German, we want to invite more people to feel seen.
We invite peers and others into the conversation, to learn how to make this work more inclusive.
